About
Timothy Perkins Jr, or TJ as he is known, is Director of Leasing for Acropolis Development and Brokerage and is also a licensed real estate salesperson. TJ graduated from Syracuse Universities Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a BS degree in both real estate and finance. Prior to joining the team, TJ had 2 years of commercial real estate experience with Pyramid Companies and Bell Group to go along with 4 years of construction experience with the area’s largest mechanical contracting company, Comfort Systems USA.
TJ was born and raised in Central Square, NY where he continues to reside. He enjoys playing in both basketball and volleyball leagues around Central New York and has a passion for helping animals. TJ rescued his dog, Bentley, and likes volunteering at the CNYSPCA in his free time.
